I'm Tanisha, founder of AGNI. My journey from open banking engineer to strategic fintech consultant taught me that features don't drive adoption-seamless, culturally-adapted experiences do.
Growing up between Australia and Sri Lanka showed me how thoughtful financial design can be the difference between poverty and opportunity. Financial access shouldn't be limited by poor user experience.

BEYOND FINTECH
Originally from Sri Lanka, my foundation in performing arts - Kandyan dance, theater, choir - continues to inspire my design philosophy. I teach theater and storytelling through the Sudhaar Foundation, integrating creative practices that inform my approach to human-centered financial design.
When I'm not designing fintech experiences, you'll find me teaching mindfulness and self-embodiment workshops, or practicing yoga (certified instructor). I also own a small paddy field back home in Sri Lanka - a gentle reminder that the best systems, whether financial or agricultural, thrive when they work with natural rhythms, not against them.
