During my two years as a Senior Designer at Tabcorp, I had the privilege of leading the Betting: Generosities & Social squads. In collaboration with the Senior Product Owner, our focus was on aligning design efforts with broader business goals. My role encompassed guiding the entire customer journey, from discovery and research to validating and executing final designs for the live in-app experience. I took joy in implementing user feedback loops and utilizing analytics to continuously enhance customer satisfaction while identifying areas for improvement and supporting business growth.
