I’m Tanisha, the founder of AGNI, a strategic fintech design consultancy dedicated to crafting impactful, human-centered digital experiences through the philosophy of Conscious Creation. My work is driven by the belief that better financial experiences can genuinely improve people's lives—finances are often the foundation that lifts people out of poverty and toward opportunity.

My journey has woven together threads of creativity, technology, and empathy, allowing me to transform complex financial challenges into true solutions. My approach combines technical precision with deep empathy for how people interact with money, ensuring that every design decision creates genuine value.

My Journey
Originally from Sri Lanka, I found my voice in the performing arts—immersing myself in Kandyan dance, choir and theater. This creative foundation continues to inspire my design philosophy today.
Transitioning from the arts to technology, I now focus on customer-centric solutions in the fintech space. My path through open banking, personal financial management, card issuing, and even gaming psychology has taught me how design can remove financial barriers and create genuine opportunity. This passion became formal expertise through Harvard's FinTech certification.
This drive to create meaningful impact is why I split my time between Australia and Sri Lanka, working on financial challenges across developed and emerging markets where design can have transformative power.

As a creative at heart, I explore various modalities—yoga, movement, and storytelling—to nurture creativity and confidence in others. Beyond design, I teach theater & storytelling through the Sudhaar Foundation, integrating mindfulness practices to empower youth.
